In today's post, I want to address a question that I was asked at least 5 times this week, and today is only Thursday...... "How is the real estate market?"  Full disclosure, I get asked this question at least 3-4 times every day, but these 5 times it was asked specifically about one town, Garden City.  So after thinking about it for 3 seconds, I decided to make this a regular thing.  Every week, right here on this blog, we will update you on ALL of the real estate activity in several towns.  If you would like your town included in this update, please leave a comment below and we will do our best to add your town to the rotation.  But for now, todays post is going to be about Garden City, NY.
