I was reading a great article this morning from our friends at KeepingCurrentMatters.com (http://www.keepingcurrentmatters.com/2013/11/19/5-reasons-to-sell-before-spring/), on a subject that seems to come up at this time every year, and I wanted to share it with our followers. The question arises from the decision of a homeowner to sell their house, just as Autumn comes to a close, and Winter quickly approaches. Should I wait until the Spring to sell my home?
I would love your feedback on this, and if you are considering making a move, we would love the opportunity to discuss your options and explain the benefits of our unique systems.
Have a great weekend, and please feel free to share your comments and opinions. Want more information on the market data in your current or most desired towns? Come visit us on Facebook and leave a comment with your current or most desired towns and we will update our site to include your favorites. &. ...

A few weeks back, I attended a real estate industry event in my own back yard. New York City is really such an incredible place, and no two minutes, let alone days, are ever the same. That feeling got me thinking, so here goes.....

There are so many truly talented, gifted, and giving people when you make the effort to find them. There is nothing boring about learning and realizing that no matter how good you are or how talented you may be, there is always something or someone that can help you to improve.
- In my efforts to hunt down some of these people, I stumbled upon another "Ah Ha" moment. During those conversations, I truly witnessed how no 2 people, no matter how similar their goals, can go about things so differer ...

Over the past few weeks, many of us on Long Island got to witness the incredible power of Mother Nature. A major hurricane, followed by the sucker punch of a Nor'Easter that dumped a lot more snow on us than the brilliant weather people originally predicted. But what was even more amazing were the things that I and many others got to witness after all of the destruction, and no matter how strong Mother Natures powers are, the strength of the Human Spirit always prevails.
While Sandy and the snow destroyed homes, businesses, roads, beaches and even took a few lives, the Human Spirit comes back stronger and stronger. Residents of the ravaged communities coming together to help each other. Providing shelter, food, warmth, a shoulder to cry on, another to lean on. People dropping everything to make sure that others were safe. Giving of their homes, money, effort and time to make sure that someone else would suffer less!
Unfortunately, many of us, x ...

All too often, we either run into a buyer who finds out too late that they have credit issues, or tells us that they want to purchase a home, and has the cash on hand for a good down payment, but they come up with a score that puts them in a position where they are stuck with a higher monthly payment.
Well the good people at MSN Money have put together a great piece with some simple yet very powerful tips. Some are easy, some are quick, and some require some major effort, but they will all work if you commit to it.
